Breath of Fresh Air

We recently bought a home through Badgerland and were very pleased with both the professionalism and energy expended on our behalf. We had several abortive attempts at home purchases with other ‘disinterested’ realtors prior to Badgerland. Badgerland was a ‘breath of fresh air’ for both of us. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very Professional

A very professional realtor service. They save time and money by discarding the old print and postcard methods and concentrate on the online services to market properties. Considering the actions that a realtor actually performs when selling a house, I do not believe that 6 percent commission is fair to the seller. Badgerland charges only 3.5 percent commission. I’d go with them again, if for no other reason than this.

Excellent Service

We were impressed with Badgerland’s rep Bill Schmidt, who spent several hours with us initially, explaining the home selling process. Despite Badgerlands’s lower than other realtor’s commission, we received excellent service. We truly felt all services we needed had been given to us, especially being listed on MLS. As it turned out, a different realtor brought the couple who did buy our home. They made an Offer to Purchase less than 3 weeks later. People often quote, “You get what you pay for.” However, we feel how homeowners maintain their home, its location, and the current market has a lot more to do with how quickly a home will sell. The quality of service we received from Badgerland was as good or better than another realty that would have charged a higher commission. A higher commission would not have sold our home any faster!

“No nonsense” type approach

Our experience was excellent and I will not hesitate to use Badgerland in the future. It was a great fit for our needs and Craig Schmitz’s personality worked nicely with what we were trying to do.
