The Badgerland “20% Buyer Rewards Program” is unique to Wisconsin. It’s more than just a rebate. Never before has a Broker shared the commission with the Buyer. The concept is simple – At Badgerland, your business as a Buyer is so valuable to us, that we reward you with a big fat check at closing. 20% of our commission is rewarded to you as a “Thank You” for calling us instead of another agent. We know you have choices when it comes to looking at homes. Certainly you can call the listing agent directly. You could even call an agent from another company. But, unless they have a rewards program, they are keeping all the money for themselves – except, of course, for the wilted house warming plant or the cheap bottle of wine. At Badgerland we feel you deserve more.

Keys to the Program – Badgerland Realtors needs to make first contact with the Listing Agent on your behalf. In “Realtor World” we deal with something called “Procuring Cause”. This determines commission payments. Commission payments determine your Reward. So make the first call to Badgerland. You’ll be in good hands from there!
DISCLOSURE: The Badgerland Buyer Rewards program is valid for all Wisconsin MLS properties, regardless of what website you find them on. In order to receive your Reward and prior to writing an offer, you will be required by State Law to sign a Buyer Agency Agreement. This agreement can be canceled at any time and can be done on a property by property basis. Despite what other agents may say, you are always free to look at any property with any agent you want. Your Reward will be equal to 20% of the commission Badgerland receives. Under certain circumstances, commission disputes between the Brokers arise. The resolution of a dispute will dictate the reward you receive and may delay payment. Under normal circumstance we are issuing you a check for your Reward on the day of closing.
