The listing program is 3.5% + $500. Its $250 upfront + $250 the 1st month vs. our standard listing fees of $250 upfront and $250/month for 3 months. At closing, our commission is only 3.5%, saving you thousands from the traditional 6% many brokers charge.
If you are considering selling, John can provide you with a FREE Comparable Market Analysis – CMA. The CMA will help you determine a good list price and give you an idea of what to expect in the end. There is no obligation to list right away – but we sure hope to earn your business in the process.
Buyer Rewards Program
We also offer an innovative and unique Buyer Rewards Program to Badgerland Realtors clients. This program rewards you with cash at closing for calling us instead of another agent when you want to see a home. 20% of the commission we receive from the Listing Broker is rewarded to you. Badgerland’s Buyer Rewards Program is extremely popular with many of our clients. Often times your Buyer Reward check will be larger than our Listing Fees. If that’s the case, it’s like listing for free. Regardless, this really is a great way to put some cash back in your pocket – not to mention, we will represent you throughout the entire process.
